 Do we ship worldwide?

Absolutely! Unfortunately, shipping may take longer to certain countries.

 How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 10-12 business days.

How much does shipping cost? 

We currently charge a rate of $4.99 for US orders, and $8.99 for worldwide orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from our team outlining your tracking information so you will be able to track your order.

How can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Sadly, once we've processed your order (within 24 hours), we are unable to make any changes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course! As long as your case is within the Return Policy (in the footer) you can return any item.

All payments are processed using industry standard, bank-grade AES-256 bit encryption.
